Complete your reservation.Enter your contact information and sign the reservation agreement. No payment is required at this stage.
Watch for your next-step notice.When the final Phase 1 plat is recorded and the developer is ready to accept purchase agreements, you will receive an email explaining what comes next.
Complete your purchase agreement.After that notice, you will have 10 business days to sign the purchase agreement and deliver $1,000 in earnest money per lot to the designated title company. Reservations that are not completed by the deadline are released under the agreement.
